Player`s review Hansa Poker
Handsome Hansa Hansa Poker has only been around since 2007, but thanks to joining the iPoker network (and now ours) as soon as it was launched, it's very quickly picked up enough online poker players to guarantee anyone action any time of day. Anyone, that is, but us dear old US players, who are still wrangling with the weird credit card laws that have banned us from most of the good sites currently left. The team at Hansa has loaded their site with a handful of very useful and welcome features to their players, not the least of which is the handy note-taking feature, a detailed instructional set, buddy lists so that you can check to see whether your friends (or foes) from the site are online, and lifelike graphics that are clear, changeable, and fun to manipulate. Part of the reason tha thte folks ar Hansa have such an extensive set of features is that it was developed by Playtech, who have been making poker software since well before online poker play became so wildly popular. They have an excellent and friendly support staff that are available 24/7 via e-mail, telephone, or chat at any time that you'd like to get a hold of them. This is all the better, considering that, as part of one of the largest networks online, they get as many as 65,000 during peak hours. I guess this means that they're incredibly patient as well, because if I actually had to deal with that many picky and demanding poker players at one time, I'd probably find a quiet place to play till they went away. That would explain why I'm writing the review for this site, though, and not working for the site directly. One more massive benefit to playing at Hansa is that their games selection is among the most varied on the web today. They offer No Limit and Limit Hold 'em, Pot Limit Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud, and even 5 Card Draw, so they cover every basic poker variation in one site in case those of us with a shorter attention span for poker have lots of choices to pick from. Since their network is so massively supported, too, they can offer a player base that you wouldn't find in a comparably new site that has sprung up without a direct affiliation. The down side to that, of course is that those who revel in showing up on these fish-heavy sites and pick away at them to your hearts content will be disappointed: the shark school has already arrived there. |
