Player`s review Pokerheaven Poker
The Poker Heaven guys have a 150% Sign-up bonus, a VIP section with a handful of perks, and a player base that's actually rather credible, so chances are good that if you decide to stay here for any length of time, you'll both be taken good care of by the staff that works the site and get into some interesting game play at the tables. The range of games is pretty limited for this reviewer's tastes, but that's primarily because I have such a short attention span that I tend to like to bounce from game to game. Maybe that's why I'm writing reviews for these sites instead of playing full time, huh? Their game selection is rather sparse (they only seem to have Omaha, Hold 'em, and 7-card and 5-Card Stud,) but that limit of games means that the people who come onto those sites will at least know the rules of the games you'll be playing. In the event that some of you who come onto the site are incredibly green, though, don't worry: the players here are friendly and, while they might well take a few big rakes off of you before they do it, will gladly give you pointers that the site itself might not be able to cover in its help section. (And just for the record, would you really trust the advixce of players at the same table that you are?) Poker Heaven's graphical content is simple and elegant, though I have to admit that I prefer sites with avatars. This is an insignificant detail when it comes to actual game play, it's true; but part of the benefit of play on a game site is the ability to personalize every aspect of play, and a good avatar tends to lend a rather unexpected psychological edge for those of us who learned to play poker solely online. In this instance, the lack of avatars just might make intervface faster for play, though you'd think that with the slickness of the table look, a little more tinkering would probably complete the package. Their support staff is available both in e-mail and in phone support. If you have MSN messenger, they even have IM support, so more immediate concerns can be covered in that fashion. They accept Visa, Master Card, NETTeller, wire transfer, DeltaSwitch, and Paysafe. Withdrawals are usually made with the same card with which you deposited and transactions usually take one to four days to process. |
